Watering Notes These dogwoods do not tolerate drought well. Water when rainfall is less than 1" per week and deep water in drought.
Fertilize Notes Start with well-drained, rich soil and add layers of compost yearly.
Prune Notes Cut back 1/3 rd of the oldest branches to the ground in late winter or very early spring. Maintain the natural arching nature by cutting unsightly branches to the ground rather than shearing.
